Abbott Laboratories is the largest U.S. chemical and pharmaceutical corporation that concentrates its efforts on the development of the innovative and high-tech methods of diagnosis and treatment. The organization develops advanced scientific methods and technologies, providing a potential for significant development in the public health sector.

The office of the Abbott Laboratories is located in a dynamic region in the north-west of Moscow and occupies two floors in a modern business park.

The Client turned to us at the stage when the office space had already been chosen. The main tasks to be realized were the layout solution, choice of the furniture design that would correspond to the color design of the office, and the delivery of the furniture according to the set deadline.

The work on the project was held in a constant interaction between the Client, the Project Manager, and the Architect who developed the design concept of the future office space.

The main elements of the office space are the reception area (being the business card of the company) and the elements of the design concepts (colors, materials, lighting).

The layout solutions offered by our company are in line with the concept developed by the architectural agency. The office space included the working zone (consisting of offices for the management and the open space for staff), a number of meeting rooms (including boardroom, conference rooms, and multifunctional space for meeting and/or training sessions with mobile partitions, coffee-points, and a kitchen), and the archival area.

A wide range of furniture solutions enabled Office Solutions to find the best option for implementation of the interior-cum-furniture concept. We have proposed the following range of furniture: for the head office – the table Frame One, the work chair Think, the conference-table Touchdown, the pedestal and cabinet Melamine Storage; for the operational work place – the desk Kalidro, the screen Partito, the pedestal Melamine Storage, the work chair Netwin (by Sedus); for the meeting room – the Kalidro and Flip Top meeting desks, the visitors chair Please; for the Coffee Point area – the low table Touchdown, the chair Westside; for the archival areas – mobile shelving Compactus (by Finland Oy).

The operative and well-organized work of our team ensured the timely and efficient discharge of the obligations to the client within the terms of the project.
