Project
Address: Business Centre “Olympia Park” (Moscow)
Architectural bureau: ABD Architects
Project manager: Denis Kuvshinnikov (ABD)
Furniture solution for the private offices: Office Solutions
Total area: 30 000 sq.m.
The first floors of both the buildings encompass the entrance area, two massive data-processing centers, as well as a number of meeting rooms. There is a gym, dancing studio and corporate “museum” in the basement. The second, third, fourth, and fifth floors of both buildings are working zones and have almost identical planning to make it easier for the employees to find their way (which can be challenging as the overall area a typical floor is about 3 000 sq.m.).
Target
Our task was to furnish and equip 8 offices for the management of the company, following an individual design based on the wishes of each customer.
Solution
The result of our cooperation is 3 offices furnished with Dodici (Lafano) and 5 offices with P30 and Coalesse (Steelcase). The project addressed all wishes of the customers, so in the end each office had a unique look – from strict business with black furniture to light furniture in warm colors. But, as in all office, the priority was given to the natural shades.
During our work we came across a peculiar feature of the office rooms – the heating of the building is laid around the perimeter of the room, therefore we had to leave a 50 cm gap between the windows and the furniture (which implies a considerable loss of space). Despite this, we managed to arrange the furniture harmoniously and fulfill the task.
For the project of office of “Kaspersky Lab” were used:
Working chairs: Please (Steelcase), Leap (Steelcase)
Desks: P30 (Steelcase), Dodici (Lafano)
Lounge: Coalesse (Steelcase)
